3.1 All quotations provided are valid for the specified duration only and are subject to change due to factors such as fuel costs, tariffs, currency fluctuations, and unforeseen events.
3.2 Prices do not include customs duties, taxes, insurance, or additional charges unless explicitly stated.
4.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment information, including description, weight, dimensions, value, and necessary documentation.
4.2 Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays, additional charges, or refusal of shipment.
5.1 While we exercise reasonable care in handling shipments, Crimson Shipping Service is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, or carrier negligence.
5.2 We recommend customers arrange appropriate insurance coverage for their cargo. Insurance services may be available upon request.
6.1 We facilitate customs clearance as a service but are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or penalties imposed by authorities.
6.2 Clients must comply with all applicable import/export regulations and provide required documentation promptly.
7.1 Payment terms will be specified in service agreements or quotations. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within the stated period from the invoice date.
7.2 Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services.
8.1 Any claims for loss or damage must be reported to Crimson Shipping Service within the timeframe specified in the service contract or applicable law.
8.2 Claims must be supported with appropriate documentation and evidence.
9.1 We respect your privacy and will handle all customer information confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions where Crimson Shipping Service operates, primarily the USA and UK.
10.2 Any disputes arising will be subject to negotiation in good faith, and if unresolved, may be submitted to arbitration or courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
11.1 Crimson Shipping Service reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
